Once upon a time, there was a steamy romance author who wanted clean versions of her books so that people who didn't want sex scenes and curse words could enjoy her stories too. So, she hired me to go through each book and substitute alternate words for the cursing and take out the sex scenes, smoothing out the intro and outro to each so that it still made sense.
I had a blast doing this and found that I had a real knack for it too.
So now I want to help you with any kind of alternate versions you might want for your books. It could be steamy to sweet romance or vice versa. It could be an abridgement or maybe you want a version of your YA books that are suitable for middle grade instead. The possibilities are, well, probably not endless, but I'm sure there are a lot of them!
